How to Reset Wrong Email and Kiosk Account

If a wrong email was entered in the employee profile and the kiosk account has already generated a password, here’s what you can do:

  1.  First, correct the email in the Employee module:
    1. Go to Employee in the Side Menu
    2. Go to Information in the dropdown
    3. Click Profile
    4. Choose the Employee
    5. Edit the Email
    6. Click save
  2. Login using the first email (the incorrect email) with the password generated by the system. Don’t worry! The verification will be sent to the corrected email
  3. Open to your corrected email inbox and verify the new email by clicking "Verify." 
  4.  You can now sign in using your correct email.



If the verification message has expired, simply enter the email and password again until you successfully verify your account.
