How to Reset Wrong Email and Kiosk Account

If a wrong email was entered in the employee profile and the kiosk account has already generated a password, here’s what you can do:
- First, correct the email in the Employee module:
- Go to Employee in the Side Menu
- Go to Information in the dropdown
- Click Profile
- Choose the Employee
- Edit the Email
- Click save
- Login using the first email (the incorrect email) with the password generated by the system. Don’t worry! The verification will be sent to the corrected email.
- Open to your corrected email inbox and verify the new email by clicking "Verify."
- You can now sign in using your correct email.
If the verification message has expired, simply enter the email and password again until you successfully verify your account.
