How to Give Timekeeper Access for Employees

- Navigate to the YAHSHUA Payroll Web.
- Go to the Users Modules,
- Select the Kiosk Account.
- You will find the credentials, including the employee's email address and the system-generated password, which you can then provide to the employee.
- Click the checkbox labeled "Has Timekeeper Access".

What will happen if the employee forgets his/her password?
You can reset their Password and give them the new generated password.

What will happen if employee had his/her account locked?
The employee has reached its maximum number of login attempts. You can reset their login attempts.
