How to Give Timekeeper Access for Employees

  1. Navigate to the YAHSHUA Payroll Web
  2. Go to the Users Modules
  3. Select the Kiosk Account.
  4. You will find the credentials, including the employee's email address and the system-generated password, which you can then provide to the employee.
  5. Click the checkbox labeled "Has Timekeeper Access".

What will happen if the employee forgets his/her password?

You can reset their Password and give them the new generated password.


What will happen if employee had his/her account locked?

The employee has reached its maximum number of login attempts. You can reset their login attempts.
