How to Set Employees Holidays to Specific Branches/Locations

If you have multiple branches or handling multiple locations and each location has unique holidays, you can set specific holidays to employees by tagging their location.

First, change the location of the Employees,

  1. Go to Employees
  2. Click Information in the dropdown
  3. Click Location in the dropdown
  4. Search for the Employee and set a new location with the Effectivity Date.

Second, make sure to set the Holiday to a Specific Location

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Miscellaneous List 
  3. Go Admin Settings Tab
  4. Go Holiday Tab 

Only employees tagged with location are entitled to the holiday set to that location.
