How to Create Holiday Schedules in Your Company

1. Click on Settings in the Side Menu
2. Click on Miscellaneous Lists on the dropdown menu

3. Click on Admin Settings Tab

4. Click on Holidays Tab
5. Click on Create Button
6. A dialog box will appear
7. Fill in the Fields
    1. Enter the name of the holiday

    2. Enter the date of the holiday

    3. Enter the Holiday Type

      For Special Holiday, 2 considerations will appear:

      - Allow for Daily Rate: means the Daily paid employees will be given a holiday pay even if they will not work on that day.
      - Bypass Special Holiday - means that if a Special Holiday comes before a Regular Holiday, the Daily paid employees will be given a pay if they work after the Regular Holiday.

    4.  Enter the Location the Holiday is applicable

    5. Click on Repeat Yearly if the Holiday is applicable every year

9. Click Save
