How to Create/Edit/Delete/Export Other Data (Profile)

  1. Go to Settings in the Side menu

  2. Click Miscellaneous Lists

  3. Go to Employee Settings tab

  4. Go to Other Data (Profile) Tab


To Create Other Data (Profile):

  • Click on Create and fill in the fields

  • Then click Save


To Edit Other Data (Profile):

  • Click on any of the Other Data (Profile) on the list

  • Edit the name

  • Click Save


To Delete Other Data (Profile):

  • Right click on any of the Other Data (Profile)s on the list

  • Set to Inactive or Delete

    • Set to Inactive will remove the Other Data (Profile) options from the dropdown list in your company but won’t be deleted from the list.

    • Delete will completely remove the Other Data (Profile).


To Search:

  • You can search Other Data (Profile) by using the:

    • Search box

    • Filter by Inactive, Active, or All

    • By Other Data (Profile)


You can also export Other Data (Profile) by clicking Export and clicking the checkbox on Other Data (Profile).
