How to Create/Edit/Delete/Export Division

  1. Go to Settings in the Side menu

  2. Click Miscellaneous Lists

  3. Go to Employee Settings tab

  4. Go to Division Tab


To Create Divisions:

  • Click on Create and fill in the fields

  • Then click Save


To Edit Divisions:

  • Click on any of the Division on the list

  • Edit the name

  • Click Save


To Delete Divisions:

  • Right click on any of the Divisions on the list

  • Set to Inactive or Delete

    • Set to Inactive will remove the Division options from the dropdown list in your company but won’t be deleted from the list.

    • Delete will completely remove the Division.


To Search:

  • You can search Divisions by using the:

    • Search box

    • Filter by Inactive, Active, or All

    • By Division


You can also export Divisions by clicking Export and clicking the checkbox on Divisions.
