How to Create/Edit/Delete/Export Employment Types

  1. Go to Settings in the Side menu

  2. Click Miscellaneous Lists

  3. Go to Employee Settings tab

  4. Go to Employment Type Tab

  5. You can check the “Set as Default” so it becomes the Default Employment Type


To Create Employment Types:

  • Click on Create and fill in the fields

  • Then click Save


To Edit Employment Types:

  • Click on any of the Employment Type on the list

  • Edit the name

  • Click Save


To Delete Employment Types:

  • Right click on any of the Employment Types on the list

  • Set to Inactive or Delete

    • Set to Inactive will remove the Employment Type options from the dropdown list in your company but won’t be deleted from the list.

    • Delete will completely remove the Employment Type.


To Search:

  • You can search Employment Types by using the:

    • Search box

    • Filter by Inactive, Active, or All

    • By Employment Type


You can also export Employment Types by clicking Export and clicking the checkbox on Employment Types.
