How to Import Your Schedules for Your Company

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to Imports

  3. Go to Settings Tab

  4. Click Schedule

  5. Download the Sample Template by clicking “Download Sample Template”

  6. The template file will be downloaded

  7. Fill out the columns
    The required columns for the Schedule are:


  • Code - This is the name of the schedule that will be used when you edit an employee's schedule and assign it to them. Example: Regular Office Schedule, Rest Day

  • Hours per day - The number of working hours per day for this schedule

  • Time In (24 hour format)

  • Time Out (24 hour format)

  • Flexible Schedule (Yes/No)

  • Monday (Yes/No)

  • Tuesday (Yes/No)

  • Wednesday (Yes/No)

  • Thursday (Yes/No)

  • Friday (Yes/No)

  • Saturday (Yes/No)

  • Sunday (Yes/No)

  • Breaktime (Yes/No)

  • Break Type (Flexible/Fixed)

  • No. of hours (if break type is Flexible)

  • No. of Breaks (if break type is fixed)

  • From (if Break Type is fixed)

  • To (if Break Type is fixed)

  • Departments (which Department the schedule is applicable to)

  • Locations (which Locations the schedule is applicable to)

    Please note: it is recommended not to fill in the Departments and Locations so it will be easier to set up the schedule later on.

  1. Upload the CSV file by clicking “Choose File”

  2. Map out the assigned fields to the proper column headers

  3. Click Next

  4. You’ll see all the uploaded data

  5. Click Submit

  6. A dialog box will appear showing that you’ve successfully imported your Schedules


For more Schedule settings please check the “Schedules” tab in the Miscellaneous List under Settings in the Side Nav menu.

To see Your imported schedules:

  1. Click Settings on the Side Menu

  2. Choose Miscellaneous Lists from the dropdown menu

  3. Go to the Schedules Tab

  4. Here you will see the schedules you’ve created
    You can also edit, create, and delete schedules here.
