How to add Allowances or Other Earnings

To book an allowance, go to Employees > Earnings and Deductions > Earnings > Recurring.

Search for the employee to whom you want to assign an allowance.


Click on the employee’s name, then click the pink create button located at the top right corner.

Fill in the details of the Allowance.
Note: You can leave the end date blank


Click the check icon to save. 


To book other earnings, go to Employees > Earnings and Deductions > Earnings > Other (One time).

Search for the employee to whom you want to assign other earnings.
Click on the employee’s name, then click the pink create button located at the top right corner.

Input the details. 
Note: The very important part is the date. It should be within the payroll cutoff for this to be included in the payroll generation.

You have now added Allowances and Other Earnings!
