How Do I Make Sure That My Employee Maintains Full Work Hours Even with Undertime?

If you have an employee that if they had an undertime of 1 hour, you want to make sure that 8 hours will still reflect as the hours they worked do the following:

  1. Go to Settings in the Side Menu
  2. Click on Company in the dropdown menu
  3. Click on General in the dropdown menu
  4. Click on Payroll Settings
  5. Find “Undertime Settings
  6. Check the “Undertime Exemption
  7. Select the Departments/Employees you want to include for Undertime Exemption
  8. Scroll to the top and Click Save
